Marzipan pelican made by Baroness Katherina Laudonia Maria della Fiore and
His Lordship Alexandor Ivor on the occassion of Yolande's Pelican Vigil.
Entirely edible, the marzipan fondant was coated in powdered sugar
and the pelican itself was a spice cake. The eye and beak were edible gold leaf. Magnifique!
